Effective July 1, 2023, certain services previously offered by the Florida Office of Film and Entertainment have been transferred to the newly established Florida Department of Commerce. The Florida Department of Commerce, known as Florida Commerce, will be responsible for delivering workforce, location, and technical support services, alongside managing the Entertainment Industry Sales Tax Exemption program.
